We have quite a few bush lemon trees growing in our two paddocks. One tree is visible from our back verandah and its yellowness has become very apparent so I waded out across metre high grass to get to the tree on Saturday morning and picked a couple of buckets of the wrinkly, gnarly things. We might have a go at making some candied lemon skin.
